A. Lily, yes we do provide a liquid coffee program.  In fact, we are providing liquid coffee for a few of the largest casinos in California.

Q. Mr. Roaster, should I roast my espresso beans longer then my Colombian beans?

A. Some beans do take longer to roast then others for many reasons as for roasting your espresso beans longer your answer is actually yes. Just don't over-roast them which will lead to a bitter flavor. Happy roasting:)

Q. Mr. Roaster, Sometimes I get lazy and I grind all my coffee beans for the week instead of doing it everyday. Does this take away from the flavor of my coffee at the end of the week?

A. The flavor and aroma of coffee is released when you grind the bean and if you store it in a sealed container then I would say you shouldn't loose to much flavor. If you feel that the flavor is fading you could just add an extra scoop to give it a kick.
